The Le Peppe is the only portable pizza oven with a down draft air system that can use wood chunks, charcoal, lump coal, and wood pellets so you can always be prepared to fire up the oven. It reaches around 600 degrees for cooking and can get as hot as 900 degrees. This pizza oven also includes a peel for handling your pizza. Interior is made with 430 grade Stainless Steel, and the exterior is Powder Coated steel.
