The Centre 23E features a unique and versatile flattop cooking surface constructed from ceramic―clad steel. The 23 inch circular, 40 pound griddle plate with 529 square inches of cooking surface with the ultimate versatility to grill, sear, toast, stir fry, sauté, steam, roast, smoke and bake. Expand your grilling repertoire from steaks, burgers, and hot dogs to pancakes, eggs, bacon, stir fried rice, yakisoba noodles, fajitas, crab cakes and more. The possibilities are endless. Operates on 120V, 20AMP dedicated circuit. The Centre 25E provides consistent temperatures and instantaneous recovery cook―to―cook, in fact it is built with the same patented electric heating technology as Evo commercial cooking equipment used by chefs worldwide. Dual touch―sensitive display controllers provide for selection of temperature zones and temperature selection, as well as power on and off. Edge―to―edge continuous or inner focused temperature zones with variable temperatures between 225°F and 525°F. A 4―piece interlocking moulded silicone drip pan surrounds the cooking surface to catch spillovers and is dishwaser safe. Includes all weather stainless steel cover powder coated matte black.
