This Bayou Classic Jet Cooker features 12 inch welded painted steel frame with flame spreader, 14 inch diameter cooking surface, 40 inch thermoplastic gas hose with 10 PSI preset regulator and brass control valve. Use flame spreader in closed position for pan frying and steaming and in open position for deep frying and boiling. For use with Propane gas only.
