Quickly replenish Charcoal or Wood type while you continue grilling then remove the whole drawer for easy clean-up, dumping ash waste away. Unlimited ways to grill, Smoke, and Sear with endless ways to customize the drawer systems, the height adjustable top tray can be loaded with your choice of whole piece woods like Mesquite, or Oak – give your food an added flavorful experience. Use one side for High Heat Sear Grilling, while the other is Low Heat Indirect Cooking – and Re-Ignite the Charcoal/Wood in the Burn Trays as Needed. Configured for Natural Gas.

The cooking grids are Solid 304 Stainless Steel, with Exclusive Variable Rod Spacing on the circular inset grate, for larger items on the left and right sides and smaller items in the middle. This design allows for endless upgradability with multiple upgrades possible like the Pizza Stone, Griddle, Charcoal Tray, Deep Fryer, or Sear Pro Grate, even add an extra Warming Rack or up to two Rotisserie Rods at the same time.
