Integrated into the hood is an analog thermometer, complete with an angled bezel for easier viewing. Inside, two 16-gauge stainless steel tubular burners provide 46,000 BTUs. These burners are lit by reliable push-and-turn Rapid Light ignition. Flavor grids protect the burners from grease and debris, while also spreading heat evenly to the cooking surface.
