The Builder grill is a sleek, rugged gas grill designed for commercial or hospitality applications. Constructed entirely with 304 grade stainless steel, the Builder is designed to excel in heavy-use environments such as apartment, hotel or country clubs. This 30-inch freestanding gas grill is powered by two 26,000 BTU, 304 grade stainless steel U-shaped burners that push a total of 52,000 BTUs. The cooking space measures 541 square inches, and the grates are built from 9mm stainless steel rods. The SBG32-LP s also equipped with heavy-duty anti-theft knobs, locking cart doors and a double insulated hood. Ignition is safe and convenient, thanks to a flame-thrower style ignition that also includes a manual flash tube backup. Unit ships as natural gas ready with orifices for propane conversion included. Conversion must be done by a licensed professional.
