This power burner features two stages of heat, allowing you to gently simmer a wine reduction down while grilling. Or you can crank up the heat and rapidly boil water for pasta or lobster. The center ring of the grate is removable, letting you use a wok on direct flame. The RCS Pro Built-In Power Burner is meant to slide into built-in outdoor kitchen islands or counters made of non-combustible material. No insulated jacket is offered. Cutout Dimensions (in inches): 14 W x 18.625 D x 9.25 H.
