Inspired by the Japanese iron plate cooking technique and matched with their high-end performance and sleek design, the Twin Eagles Teppanyaki griddle brings a unique, versatile addition to your outdoor entertaining. This easy-to-use natural gas griddle boasts solid 5/16-inch thick stainless steel cooking surface providing the optimum high heat transfer and durability. The unit has two (2) 20,000 BTU independent thermostatically-controlled stainless steel burners. Both burners feature heat on indicator lights and the Exclusive Control Illumination controls to match the Twin Eagles product line. This Teppanyaki griddle has reliable hot surface ignition with safety gas valve, a removable grease trough located in the front of the unit for easy clean up, and a matching stainless steel cover to protect the griddle when not in use.
