The included 21 1/2-inch stainless steel cooking grate provides 462 square inches of cooking space inside the barrel, and can be mounted in three different cooking levels using grate pegs welded inside the drum, or you can add up to 2 more cooking grates for a maximum capacity of 1,386 square inches (available for purchase separately). A removable, high-capacity fire basket holds 8 to 10 pounds of natural lump charcoal and allows for up to 14 hours of no-fuss burning! A hanging hook inside the smoker lid lets you store it on the side of the grill for added convenience.
