The Kabobmaster Stainless Series Grills are perfect for cooking shish kabobs on charcoal, wood or mesquite with the use of 17 stainless steel skewers included. They are designed to fit easily on a countertop outdoor kitchen island. The grills are easily installed in a countertop rectangular cutout as a built in grill. Once installed the grill must be lined with split fire bricks prior to use. (Fire bricks are not included). The 36 Inch Stainless Series Grill is an authentic shish kabob grill. The grill features a 14-gauge Stainless Steel fire box, with stainless steel lid and handle. All grills come with cutouts (slots) on the front and rear sides for skewer placement. The use of wood, charcoal and mesquite woods are suitable and recommended heat sources for all Kabobmaster Grills.
