The TEC Sterling Patio 2 FR Infrared Grill Collection has a sleek, clean design made to be the center of attention. Patented 100 percent infrared technology grilling system keeps food tender and moist compared to other infrared systems that use only 35 percent infrared mixed with 65 percent hot air. This 44-inch 304 stainless steel natural gas grill is easy to start with the electronic ignition and a rapid preheat of just 10 minutes giving you more time to enjoy the party. The 79-inch island includes two access doors and four large drawer modules. Reach high temperatures up to 900 degrees Fahrenheit with the two energy efficient stainless steel burners using up to 50 percent less fuel. A stainless steel heat zone divider separates the two burners letting you use indirect heat. Each burner outputs up to 30,000 BTUs with a total combined 60,000 BTUs. Create temperature zones over the 592 square inches of grilling space to cook your favorite foods all at once. Radiant glass panels sit between the 304 stainless steel cooking grates and the burners protecting your food from hot dry air and flare-ups. Also, no need for side burners since the U-shaped cooking grids and glass cooking surface can be used as a conventional stove. The double walled hood retains heat while the versatile cooking system allows low and slow cooking with a minimum temperature of 200 degrees Fahrenheit or searing at high temperatures up to 900 degrees Fahrenheit. Easily self-clean the grill by turning the heat on high and closing the lid; incinerating any leftover debris in 10-15 minutes. For use as a natural gas grill, the regulator is included and connected to grill. Made in America.
